Modern Jive dance music events, all across the UK , & Europe.

Available to hire with a disco show, is an extensive Sound & Light system, fronted by a black star cloth wrap with white lights. I am available to hire for Birthday's, Engagements, Weddings, Retirements, Corporate Events, Christmas & New Year Party nights.
I do fund raising events for charity.
I am currently helping UNICEF & CANCER RESEARCH. |

Modern Jive Dancing Club "FIRST MOVE" are featured on this website.
Please use the touch button & scroll down for the link to further information about the dancing club run by Darren & Claire who are Le Roc Federation dance teachers, along with regular weekly music by Top Le Roc DJ Bob Ball.
The club also promotes Top UK dance teachers as "guest teachers".

Well most people have tried it, some decide they want more from their dancing and others just do it because its a night out, they can meet others etc. MODERN JIVE IS POPULAR NOW ACROSS THE U.K because we offer a new way of enjoying an evening out, which if you practice on a regular basis, each week, becomes addictive and you can push yourself to get better, meeting new friends. |

The Evolution of Modern Jive Dancing and the Music
The movie "dirty dancing" started it all off, and we still do many moves today that you will see in the video! However, now we build into these ideas from other dance styles, like The Samba, Salsa, Tango & Ballroom Jive, East Coast & West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop etc! The music, well any modern pop with a good regular beat (not too fast) 1940's Swing music, Rock & Roll, Motown, Blues Brothers - anything from 1940's to current chart hits. |
